Our Training Plan Journal gives you a place to track workouts, log progress, and stay consistent from day one to race day. It’s a simple, practical tool that helps you stay focused, encouraged, and a little less likely to let your couch start making decisions for you.
Each training plan is 12 weeks long and designed to build on the one before it. If you’re ready for the full challenge, the Couch to Marathon plan takes the complete journey even further. Over 54 weeks, it’s designed to lead even the most sedentary beginner all the way to a first marathon finish line.
